Workbound

You won the work.
Get the equipment to deliver it.

We help data-center contractors source the machines they need, when they need them—and sell equipment when its work is done.

Equipment fit, delivery timing and total cost, handled together.

See the whole landscape.
Find the next assignment.

From site preparation through commissioning, we connect your scope and schedule with equipment that fits. We source across the market, account for delivery costs, and help move surplus machines into their next assignment.

Equipment for every stage
of data-center construction.

A site-clearing fleet, a deep utility trench and a heavy equipment lift call for different capabilities. We look at the task, the site constraints and the handoff between crews.

Clearing & site access

Open the site. Establish access.

Excavators, dozers and clearing attachments establish access and prepare the work area. Vegetation, slopes and ground conditions shape the fleet.

Fit checks
Attachment compatibility, ground pressure, access width and machine transport dimensions.
The next handoff
Release clearing attachments as vegetation work finishes; retain suitable excavators and dozers for earthwork.
Earthwork & grading

Match the fleet to the material flow.

Excavators, haul trucks, loaders, dozers and compactors work as a system. Digging capacity alone does not determine site production.

Fit checks
Material, bucket capacity, truck payload, haul distance, grades and compaction requirements.
The next handoff
Scale down bulk haulage as grading finishes; keep the equipment needed for utilities and backfill.
Underground utilities

Depth, access and groundwater change the requirement.

Utility work can require excavators, trench protection, pumps, compactors and vacuum excavation around existing services.

Fit checks
Trench depth, pipe weight, lifting reach, working clearance and groundwater conditions.
The next handoff
Keep backfill and compaction equipment through testing and reinstatement; release trench equipment as sections close.
Foundations & concrete

Let the foundation design determine the plant.

Shallow foundations, drilled shafts and driven piles require different equipment. Concrete placement adds its own reach, access and production needs.

Fit checks
Ground conditions, foundation method, drilling depth or pile capacity, pump reach and setup space.
The next handoff
Coordinate piling and concrete releases with remaining pours and the structural crew's arrival.
Structure & enclosure

Plan for the lift, not just the crane's headline capacity.

Cranes, telehandlers and access equipment support structural erection and enclosure. The lift plan determines the configuration.

Fit checks
Load at working radius, height, rigging, ground bearing, outrigger space and transport requirements.
The next handoff
Retain lifting capacity for remaining critical lifts; release equipment as individual packages finish.
Mechanical & electrical installation

Get heavy systems into their final position.

Generators, cooling systems and electrical assemblies bring rigging, lifting and material-handling work. Indoor installation changes access requirements again.

Fit checks
Equipment weight and dimensions, door clearance, floor loading, lift height and emissions restrictions.
The next handoff
Release heavy lifting plant after equipment setting; keep the access and handling equipment needed to finish installation.
Commissioning & closeout

Keep support available until the work is accepted.

Load banks, test equipment and access machinery support commissioning, inspections and final adjustments.

Fit checks
Test load and electrical configuration, connection requirements, site access and the acceptance schedule.
The next handoff
Plan releases around completed tests and punch-list work so machines can move without interrupting closeout.

Buildings and work packages overlap. We source against your actual scope and dates.

Keep the job moving.

The contract is yours. Now get the machinery to deliver it.

Tell us what the work requires, where it is happening and when equipment needs to be on site. We help source options that fit your capacity, configuration and schedule.

  • Equipment matched to the work you need to do
  • Condition, attachments and readiness considered together
  • Preparation and transportation included in the cost comparison

Your machine’s work here
is almost done.

Let’s find the contractor who needs it next.

Plan the sale of one machine or equipment coming off a job. We help connect your equipment with buyers whose work calls for its capabilities, while keeping your release schedule in view.

  • Reach buyers beyond your immediate market
  • Start sourcing the next buyer before the current assignment ends
  • Coordinate availability and pickup around the work still to finish

Protect your margin.
Compare the whole cost.

A lower asking price can become a more expensive machine by the time it reaches your site. We look at acquisition, preparation, transport and timing together.

The objective is simple: the lowest total delivered cost for equipment that fits the work and arrives when you need it.
